If you are not satisfied with the 360Glasses, or if the product does not work upon arrival, you will have 14 days to return the glasses to us – this includes the day when you received them. You will receive 100% reimbursement if the 360Glasses are returned complete, in original condition and in the original packaging.
If the glasses are incomplete, have been damaged by you or feature signs of use, then we will reimburse 50% of the original purchase price. The reimbursed amount will be transferred to your account within 30 days.
